I had returned a product to Amazon on 5th Nov 2020. It has been 20 days now and even after having complained 5 times, Amazon is not able to tell me the status of refund. Every time I call and complain, they request to wait for 3 to 5 working days. It is really a very bad experience as a regular customer of Amazon. They despite having so much advanced technology, are unable to know the history of transactions, records of product movements and are unable to event know the history of complaints raised by the customer. Hope atleast now, Amazon shows curtsey of calling me and resolving this issue.
