These slippers are way way too small. They are tight on your feet and very heavy. They are a stuffed animal with a hole cut through the top. The sole also looks really, really thin. Too expensive just to keep. Although the company claims you can return them with ease that is not true. They sent me a three day priority mailing label and they were returned on December 16th. As of January 2 they claim not to have them yet. It took them a week to ship and now they say they don't have my return? It's their label let them trace it. In addition they have my money. I can not find them on BBB to complain neither in Kentucky or in Nebraska. They list their company address in a small town in Kentucky and their warehouse in a small town in Nebraska. Are they really a Chinese distribution company? And why is their return address 850 miles away from their office. I will contact American Express to dispute payment.

This is for the parent company and all stores. The website says it delivers. But it doesn't according to the email I received. They have charged my credit card through paypal for an order I have no idea when I will get. They say they will get back to me when the stores reopen on April 17th. There is a lockdown until April 30th not the 17th. They never sent a receipt. They wrote to me when I requested a receipt for a rather sizable online order that they can not communicate right now. Pull the website. YOU CAN NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.

First order arms were short and dress was big. Fabric bad. Second order Coat 5 sizes too small. No way to return to China as it would cost a fortune in postage.

You can not pay for this product on their website. When I called the parent company Bioelectronics.com a nasty customer support person told me she couldn't so anything I wrote them the following. Your customer relations needs improvement. I attempted to purchase a 7 day trial of actipatch and pay through paypal. I got a message that there was a technical problem so I contacted paypal and was told nothing is wrong with my account and to contact you. I got a nasty response from your representative who said I can't do anything and was not interested in my problem. I do not trust your company anymore. Why won't you take paypal as you state on your website If your server is broken fix it. I certainly would not trust giving you a cred it card when I get that kind of non response from your supposed customer support person.

My order was placed on October 23rd and I thought according to this information on your site that it would be there by November 1. When I received notification that it would not be there until Nov 4 from fedex I called. Your representative was rude and nasty and just told me I did not know how to read. I will never order from you again. She was not at all pleasant and did not even apologize. I am posting a negative review all over the internet. Train your people. This is what it said on line and I thought it gave me enough time. I did not need a lecture." Please allow 2 to 3 business days for personalization process and additional 4 to 6 business days for shipping time with average delivery between 6 to 9 business days after the order is placed. (with longer transit time in remote and rural areas)"

Be very careful sometimes businesses get your real name and stalk you if you write a bad review. This is supposed to be legitimate but seems not to be. Too many glowing reviews not to suspect "fake news"

Beware. Many of the reviews on this site are transparent as having been either paid for or left by friends of the establishment. There is a brand new restaurant I looked up that has 38 reviews that are all 5 star. Impossible it has been open one day and no one is perfect. In addition Yelp has seen fit to give out my personal name and email to someone that I left a negative review for which caused me a great deal of trouble. Also I have had a perfectly legitimate review removed and yelp stated I was not a customer of that firm. Not only is that not true How would they know unless they contacted that individual which is again a breach of confidentiality.

If item is ordered from dell you will not get it when they say. Can be up to 3 weeks. And service lies very pleasant people in some foreign country.

Once again #expressscripts chooses to cover nothing. No valium, no epipen, no xopenex, no lidocaine patches no explanation. No assistance. When will one of our legislators help us. They cover about at the level of buying aspirin. Every year it gets worse. I pay for this and pay a copay.

HEY AAA SUPPORT STAFF THE MINUTE YOU TELL ME YOU ARE NOT LISTENING I DEFINITELY AM NOT. IT IS One of the rudest things a support person can say. Since when does AAA not provide road service to a car whose membership has been covered for 26 years. A mysterious phone call that was obnoxious beyond belief. No it is not the car it is the person that is covered. I do not break down my car does. No I have to stand by the car. I can not have a son or a handyman or a gas station attendant. Finally got a normal person on the phone. Thank you tiara.

This may be the only website that does not allow you to return merchandise at a nominal fee. I am out 22.00 and have no merchandise to show. The initial postage is minimal 5.00 but you must pay to return at your local post office where the rates are at least 3 times higher. Also THIS IS NOT OUTLINED OR EXPLAINED ON THE WEBSITE. For shame there is no retail store to return it to either. They will not be getting any business from me.

Got an email for an item going on sale on KateSpade.com immediately went to web site and did a search the item was not there. I called customer service and they said oh the web site is down, which it was not. I called back and got another customer service person who said that is a popular item it is gone. Within 1 minute? Shame on you.

This company is also Rosegal and many many other names. They ship on large pallets on ships. It can take 3 months to get merchandise. Everything is in Chinese. You can not track or contact them. ORDER NUMBERS AND TRACKING DOES NOT CORRELATE. FORGET IT IF IT IS DAMAGED. It is not worth the savings. Beware merchandise coming from cHINA. Terrible customer service. Beware the return policy. You can not make heads or tails of it. They charge 50% OF PURCHASE price claiming that is the postage. Also if an item goes on "sale" and you miss the item cost by one hour they charge you at least 20% more. Stick to Amazon.
