Over 1,000 dollars disappeared from my account with this bank and they offered no reparation or explanation as to what happened to it. I wrote, call and even visit the nearby branch that represented them which was a 100 miles away and no one ever found out what happened to the money I needed to pay bills with. I filed a forms with the FDIC and they still can't find it according their report. I hate writing reports but the things I have been through has to stop and keeping quite about them isn't stopping them.
Tip for consumers:
Keep watch on your money for they won't
Anyone who have never had the misfortune to encounter these people do not know what I'm talking about. They purchase debits are paid and old and get absentee judgements on them and will wreck your life with these frivolous clams when they know perfectly well the company sold them a debt that was already paid. That means nothing to them. Paid, unpaid, status of limitation expired means absolutely nothing. If you show them they brought a paid in full debt they will ignore it and still pursue you for payments and turn around and say you showed them nothing or they lost it or it didn't come in the mail. These people are real first class nightmare.
Excellent fresh food. They sells lots of different variety of vegetables. Their cashiers and Customer service employees know to behave when at a job. The only draw back is always crowded but I guess that comes from offering all these goodies.
I pawned items because I needed the money. The length of time to collect them had not arrived but they said they had already sold them. I send in payments via certified mail and they claimed they hadn't checked the mail so by they didn't check the mail gave them the right to sell. I revisited them a year later and saw my jewelry in the show case and they offered to resell it to me. They pay so little attention to their customers that they didn't know I was the same person whose jewelry they had lied about and stolen.
You will deeply, deeply regret it with lots of sorrows if you do business with this company. We lose everything and ended up homeless for three years.
I cosigned a number of expensive garments with consyn.com an online consignment shop which are also know as (nationaldesignerconsignment.com) and have been told the items sold but have yet to receive my payment and that was nearly four years ago. I think my patience has gone far over the limit. In all this time they could have paid the amount due had they simply paid 10.00 per month but instead they said nothing
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't advice anyone to use this site unless you want to lose money. They seems to have take the money and started other businesses like rhinestonetshirts.com, rhinestonewear.org and do not intend to pay for their consignments clients for their items while these other businesses are thriving.
I provide honest reviews from my experience in dealing with a company and Amazon is one of the best I have ever encountered. I have ordered tons of items from them and the items are always just as advertise and the delivery is fast. If other companies I have done business with operated as effective as Amazon I would give them a good rating too, But you have to earn customers ratings.
Tip for consumers:
The best online shopping site around, They work with you if there's a problem. They work with you until you are satisfied.
I had a Capital One saving account which was converted into a debit card. I later learned they were applying the payments on the account as debits and not credits. The amount I was paying was increasing the balance not paying it down. They and I debate about this for months so to get them off my back I borrowed money from a friend to pay the balance in full although I had made much more than the minimum payment each month and had not used the card. Instead they closed the account and turned it over to a collection firm which somehow 500.00 dollar balance has ballooned to 10,000 in the last 15 years. No one still hasn't explained how that happened. It makes no sense at all in no form of legality. They kept the deposit and my payments and plus turn it over to a collection agency when it was they who owed me money back. Not the other way around.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them if you can. They will turn the tables around on you and make it seems if it is you who are stupid and don't understand how money works. Like you don't supposed to have enough sense to know the difference between a credit and Debit.
I can't speak for the national branch but the clerks and the customers service people in my area are very rude. Why? I don't know.
