I bought a WeWood watch about two years ago and its wooden strap wore out by the time. I contacted customer service and they told me to post the product to their repair center. Since the warranty had been expired, I accepted to pay the repair price, as well as the shipping costs, altogether was pricey enough. The process was quick and I got my watch back in a week or so. But the strap they put on my watch has a totally different color now and it doesn't look the same at all. They didn't say that they don't have the original color and they didn't ask my approval to change it with some way darker strap. It's also hard to find a wooden strap on the market since they are one of the few companies producing it. Now, the watch doesn't look so good and I'm not sure about using it anymore.
