Unless you are willing to pay a 200+ bill and have all the services you get nothing! All I have is internet, i was transferred from TWC since that happened... OMG Spectrum does not offer the same package I was told, so they are trying to make it miserable so I increase.
If you are paying for service you ahould get a consistant amount of what you pay for! I will now try another service. I believe it is a monopoly just like all the other industries that have figured out how to skim and provide nothing!

WARNING! Do not let them issue any check, do not sign anything giving authorization to any shop to sign a 2 party check. "Inside deals," A 2 party check is Lien holder and me, The lien hold under all circumstances should sign any insurance check, and mail to customer. Once Geico, reissues check to shop before work is done, you are stuck if the shop does nothing. They "Geico's" position, no liability or recourse it's on you. So if they paid a shop & the shop closed, your stuck. I have never heard of paying for services in advance, before work is done. Lack of transparency, Integrity, huge potential for Fraud., insurance prices go up. If you take your car to auto repair do you pay for it before the work is done? No!

I have had the most horrifying experience with my insurance co. I have had for 10+ years. On a hail claim a check was issued 2 party Lien Holder & myself, it was later reissued to the shop owner at his request and mailed directly to him. He then subbed out the work to a 2nd shop outside of my city and the insurance co went to this 2nd location to do a supplement. Geico wrote a check to this location and myself, I never saw or had information that these actions were taken. The initial repair (and should have been the only one) 2500, for replacement part of 1300 + labor. No replacement part were installed, the damage still exist. I have written and requested an investigation into the claim, since all this was never communicated to me or authorized to use a different facility. Best of all the only damage was the replacement part, I have said there was in no way shape or form almost 5K of damage done to the vehicle. I have notified the bank that issued & cashed the checks, I have contacted Geico. This started in July 30, I have not received a response or concern with the handling, leaving all the decisions to the 1st shop. This is lease vehicle, so any damage will be on my plate. My understanding is the purpose of the 2 party check is to protect the lien holder. I am shocked has anyone
Ever had such a situation, For someone over 65, disable to receive no support/ communication whatsoever & lack of financial responsibility for the actions. I am hearing this is pretty normal to pay for repairs in advance and to issue additional payment in advance with no notice to the policyholder. Copies of the cancelled checks are issued to 2 different shop and the endorsement for my name is two different signatures (not me). I am alarmed it feels shady like an inside set up, to scam insurance & policyholders.

Volvo car have a strong following for durability and looks, pretty classic. Having been attracted to them I finally owned a S60, it had an extended warranty of 10 yrs or 120K miles. I had checked several time to see if the transmission needed service, I was told no unless there was a leak. No leaks
The vehicle is a 2004, and this year finally hit over the 100k at 105K the transmission service light went on. Took it to the dealership, and they said they do not service it is a replacement part alone is 4000. I took it to another transmission shop, they said it was recommended to rebuild and reprogram about 3500. Okay so I a 65+ and disabled, that is a chunk of change. So it was recommended to send a note to Volvo headquarters, to see if there was any assistance they could provide or tell me why it failed with such low miles. Polite note back they sent it to the local dealership for review, they would be the ones making the call. Really! What incentive does a dealership have to offer any assistance. I was looking for Volvo to back their car, since it was not abused. Even to share the expense, would have been better than laying on a local dealership. So not so crazy about the Car now, expensive to operate and upkeep. Mine must be the only one that has failed at this level of mileage :(

Looking for an internist: It is amazing an educated doctor, believes his schooling, training are more intense and hours devoted to his practice support the gender pay gap. In published comments for the Dallas Medical Journal entitled: "Big & Bright Ideas" Women did not work as hard as men, to summarize this was by choice. (inconceivable). Further feels the priorities were something else. Family, social, whatever. His conclusion is:"Nothing needs to be done" about this unless female physicians actually want to work harder and put in the hours. If not they should be paid less. That is Fair" I am amazed this egotistical macho thought process still exist, where did he miss we are all created equal. Same training, same pay. Professional women of substance, balancing family, life and work deserve far more recognition than to be described as housemaids. Mentality alone should keep you away.

It a shop of your choice, Stop ask for a shop they guarantee.

Okay so here the story, my Insurance
Co estimated hail damage (which apparently is big business) they listed over
1300 in replacement parts (775 trunk cover) and other items. Initial estimate
2537. 00 the rest was labor & repair. I later discovered the trunk
Replacement part was not replaced, and the car was sub out to a different shop.
Shop 2 submitted a supplement estimate for 1849, and a check was issued to
Them. Several issues 1. I had no idea a different shop worked on my car or that
It was driven to McKinney. 2. Two checks were made payable to me & a
Different shop my address noted on the check. Copies of both checks have
Completely different endorsements. Deceptive business practice, and Fraud! I
Have stated the car in no way shape for form sustained 5000. 00 in damage!

It took 2 weeks after the storm, for a co-worker
To tell me there were a few hits in the back end. That is when I called the
Insurance to see car at my place of business. I told him I could only see the cracked paint on the trunk where it got hit. I am told the shop has the right to make adjustments & not actually replace parts 1.3k. I am not sure how you can modify a full replacement trunk cover. So stay away if you want your car repaired correctly. This is a lease that now will be charged to me when I turn it in owners response was "well don't tell them" Also "that is how I save you the deductible" I never asked to save he deductible, it was only 500.00. There is also an issue with Geico, 1) car was inspected at my office, the original check was issued to Toyota & me. Can't get an answer who authorized the reissue. 2) They apparently will write checks willy nilly, to a second shop after I said it was going to shop A. 3) If they had communicated
With me that the car was moved & a second inspection was being done at a different location, I would have stopped everything right there.
** I am very disappointed with the insurance company I have had for more than 10 yrs, they assume no responsibility. They took all direction from this shop owner. One would think they would be looking out for my interest the policy holder who pays the premium and their investment. Financially dangerous situation...
I have since been told they guarantee authorized Geico shops, as of Sept 2018,
I have not been able to get a list or location of a authorized Geico shop. The most amazing take away is that the insurance Co. DOES NOT seem to care that they paid 2500. To shop 1 and no one can tell me for what? Additionally I am told a 2 party check is issued to protect the lien holder, to ensure the car gets repaired! WHAT, I missed something. It seems to be scam of major proportions

This is a small quaint eatery, no frills. They have the best fresh cooked as you order, no additives. Food looks and taste awesome, quick service. I have recommended this to friends and co-workers,. If you want fresh food, reasonable prices, this is the place to go. My granddaughter loved the Brocolli chicken, other favorites Cashew Chicken & General Tso, etc...

Has anyone ordered one of these lately? Hot summer decided it was a good treat, the package changed, so you get less. The top does not close correctly, the "ice cream" tasted like frozen skim milk (no flavor). I am guessing the syrup toppings are supposed to make the flavor? The banana was buried under the globs could not tell if it was fresh kinda yellow looking like frozen. Either way for 4.39 it was horrific, after 2 bites it went directly into the drain. I would have taken it back, but company present does not take anything back.

With a Black man as Mayor it is inconceivable that the Police Department, is allowed to use racial slurs. The training & representation falls far short of a Professional unit, paid to protect and serve. You would not put the "N" word on documents to reference a black person nor add it to their name. So why would it be acceptable to ID a person as a "Wetback" and add it as part of the name ie: Rodriquez Wetback? **Wetback (slur) Wetback is a derogatory term used in the United States to refer to foreign citizens living in the U.S., most commonly Mexicans. The word mostly targets illegal aliens in the U.S. Based on this defination Plano has approved using this reference for all latin americans "Wetbacks" What happened to John Doe?
How many reports have been filed using either of these Slurs in the department? It is unacceptable in any part of this country and needs a complete review.

Be very careful if you have an existing account and palce an order. I had asked specific questions about clearance pieces, the response was no. So after I got home i decided to check and there is a rooms to go outlet, so I sent a written cancellation to customer service sent 2 emails. The first was received by the store, the second the store states they do not receive. What would you think if you got this?

Super 1 3203 Independence cross street Parker 10-7 I put in 12 dollars in a Volvo S60, when I pulled away the needle did not move, so I turned around to find out if they were able to check the pump. I spoke with the clerk and showed him my receipt but is appearded nothing was in the tank. SI O asked if he could put a bag over the handle until it was checked to avoid any other customers getting duped. He called the owner, I said either let me pump from another pump or issue a refund, & cover the pump. None of the above was he willing to do, he choice was to call the Police so they could take a report, it made no sense for that to be the solution, Police are for emergencies, but i waited 30 min with groceries in the car. I asked for the number or contact so I could call the person that regulates the pumps, normally there is a sticker on the pumps. None of the above was a solution so I finally left. The minimal act of preventing another customer from spending money on a malfunctioning pump was to big of a request. Very awful experience for a handicap 66 yr old, so I went to OT and put the same amount in and got 1/2 tank about what I normally get. I try to support the independent operatores, that was the last time..

After an accident do not jump on the 1st firm that contacts you, after 18 months the only thing that has been accomplished is the car repair. This firm is like an assembly line never the same person, the details and support gets lost and you have to continue calling to see where things are? The office personnel is all supposed to be trained paralegal, but they are trained at moving paperwork.
It is a slap in the face of the injured, and fear they will be stuck with the medical bills. There has not been any push to resolved and protect the parties in the car that was hit!

Liberty Mutual, 1 year ago my family was involved in a car accident. Bear in mind they did nothing wrong, leaving work. Next thing you know a car is in the driver side, crossing a two way road. The driver "did not see the car" they were ticketed, there was no dispute about whose fault it was. Had to fight every step, the car seat was finally reimbursed the expense out of pocket was 200. It was inconceivable the insurance co was not aware the car seat was cut out of the car by the officers. And that it could not be reused after being in an accident by law. There has not been one ounce of humanity, two children in the back seat, one got a neck burn where the seatbelt hit. Very easily could have done some serious damage to this child. I know it is about numbers, but this is insane. The medical bills are not being fully covered and no offer for pain, suffering, inconvenience, anxiety or stress. It is almost like the accident is insignificant, completely disrupting a family. It has actually cost this young family money out of their own pocket. They are going into the second year! I have always been of the opinion, in this situation the injured party suffers no loss... What a joke..

Advertised as extended stay, prices comparable to others. Small glitch! No sheets, pillows or kitchen utinsels or dishes. I was surprised! To find this since most person who are looking for extended stay accommodations don't carry this stuff with them. Without this they are priced the same or higher than most. Seems to be another downfall of the housing market, pinching the families that need it most.

For sometime they have been working on a complex in Plano, you would find roofing nails and metal on the property where children and tenants walk. Recently replacing gutters and moving old metal, my car is right at the walkway. Has been parked there always fairly new 2016, noticed scraped and punctures, talked to the office. They referred me to the construction Co, and I turned in a nail standing on end on my doormat (3rd time). Also about a 6 in screw that was in my parking. I sent email was nice and waited for a response.
After I received a verbal no, we did not do that and will not cover it. I received a written.

Backhanded courtesy, he had pictures, and for some reason preceived I sat next to my car 24/7. I am aged, disabled, and very rarely drive so now I have to contend with damage done by workers. Their negligence had already been pointed out. So if anyone else has had the same misfortune please contact me.

All major corporation have an anonymous ethics reporting line, this is the kiss of death to the employee. Any reporting that is made through this channel will result in retaliation and either firing or in my case harassment and required to get a fit for duty evaluation. This was through SBC now known as AT&T, is also the same with Bank of America, as we see Wells Fargo.
These practices go back as far as 2002, every Bank that was involved in the housing /foreclosure fiasco have all participated. Nothing major came of literally stealing peoples homes, so why everyone is surprised that the Banks are still using any type of predatory practices is a little bit funny! Companies who pay for meeting goal, "pay for performance" have the same problem Wells has. They reward the manager who can convince employees to do what they know is wrong with the threat of losing their job. Issue bonuses & stock off of bad revenue, does anyone know why so many companies are outsourcing?
Moral Values & Ethics left the USA in the late 1990, maybe sooner. Huge tear in the Moral fiber of this great country, children today have no strong sense of right /wrong or role model.

It would seem ordering online, and having the items shipped directly would be the way to go!
Not, OMG! I ordered a coffeemaker Keurig (not a cheap item) sent Fed Ex, delivered 10/1 left on porch. Amazing the party I sent to the garage is always open, and usually right there, so when understood it was not received I have spent the last 3 days talking to the Phillipines. Not only was the connection awful it was difficult to understand, finally diconnected the call and then you get a survey in the inbox "How did we do"? Tried agian same issue wanted me to authorize the new charge to resend the gift, and the credits that were applied would be refunded to me? They could not resend for the same amount, and then I had to wait 10 days for the refund. On the 3rd call I requested the US, he asked me to call the post office to see where the package was? I said FED EX says it was delivered to the porch, he said that is the internal process? Do you think he knew what he was doing? Finally had the order replaced, still not shipped though? And I still will have two charges until the tracking is complete on the first one. I received a 30 credit to make me feel better, now my original charge was 65 the new charge is 75. Somewhere in this process it made sense to the agent, I was done fighting.
So I called the Corp office left 2 messages, finally got a call back at the end of the call I had exactly as much information a policy quotes as I did the day before.
Christmas season is going to be awesome for this company. 128.00 that no one wants a signature confirmation, even on the second order but for some reason Fed ex can't just say here is where it was left and go get it.!
Unless you have the time to waste pick it up and mail it yourself. Or find another source.
** update, had to reorder unit credits were to be applied for the original! Credit issued to CC 45.87 (charge 65.87) and I'm told gift credit in process 49.00. (gifts $ 62.87) even reversing the original order was an issue with math. I spent 30 minutes tring to find out why there was a difference no one could explain. To boot I have to pay an additional 10 for the replacement to be shipped. Bare in mind nothing I did caused this issue..
