Employees (male and female)were really not good people in general. Talking about a female customer's voice that it was too deep. Talking about customers from Mexico. Though, McAllen area is 99.99% Mexican and employees themselves are Mexican American. Told me I can become a member and get additional 20% off merchandise for $5. And employee did not give me my membership benefits. I'm really tired of companies that just play the game with people. I understand it's a business but most don't care about customers. I will never again go to Lids unless I know an employee of theirs is a good person.
