Had a very poor experience and missed out on a promised £200 cashback which was part of the reason why I decided to go for a big broadband bundle with Virgin. Very infrequent communication and no reasons were given as to why my claim was denied. Very poor.
I appreciate when it's a large amount of cashback it is frustrating when we're not eligible and can't pass it on. We want to do all we can to support members so this is prevented as cashback declines are something that can normally be prevented.
Please do reach out to us so we can check on the decline reason as normally we do get one.
