I like Walmart a lot but I do have a few complaints. The first is I live in a small town and we do have one Walmart if you order something on line and you have a problem with i,, it is nearly impossible to return the item at the store. You get a lot of attitude from the people and managers at the service counte. Second is the pharmacy it is painfully slow to get a prescriptio. I generally call mine in so I don't have to wait in lin,, however I do have to wait in line sometimes an hour or more to pick up my prescription, the staff for the most part are friendly but not too knowledgeable. It's pretty sad when I have to explain my meds to them instead of the other way around and they need to hire people that understand and speak English fluently, I am not racist it's just when you are dealing with medications you are dealing with peoples lives and health. And you deserve to understand the person clearly that's behind the counter. If the person behind the counter doesn't understand the spelling or pronunciation of your name even when it is a very simple name "Billie" or match your birth date to the name then there is a problem. I'm not saying this person shouldn't work at Walmart I'm just saying she should be put in a position where her fluidity in the English language doesn't matter so much. The last complaint I have is the lack of merchandise and the higher price. In order to get certain items I have to drive 40 miles to another town to Walmart to get the items that are deemed on sale in the adds and of course the price is up to a dollar more for items in the town where I live.
