The chair itself is comfortable, and the arm elevation makes it fit under a standard height desk. The arms can also rotate upward out of the way, allowing more of a spacious style cushioned seat. The seat offers pleasant lumbar support with added support in the back and while it does not recline the angle of rear is in a comfy enough angle to allow for heads down a more relaxed posture.
