Signed up and paid a full two years for the best discount. The price seemed fair and the options seemed plentiful. Installed on both my Windows laptop and iPad. Everything fairly simple and straight forward. Almost immediately, some oddities started. I often visit yahoo.com for a news aggregator. After my first visit there, when I went back a second time, the VPN overrode my entry and switched it to the Spanish version of Yahoo. I eventually had to clear cache to stop it from constantly changing to the Spanish version. I then had intermittent problems with getting no internet messages. The biggest issue I encountered next was When I tried to log into my online bank account, it would never connect. Both the url and the app would fail. I turned the VPN off and could connect fine. Another issue I had was one website I visit blocks their server IP address. I also, maybe coincidentally, started getting a lot of scam phishing emails right after using their VPN.

I cannot recommend them. I did not sign up with them to deal with issues all day. Contacted them for a refund and cancelled. They did refund.

There are bad companies and then there are pathetically bad companies. If there is something wore than pathetic, Gentryzee moves to the top of the line. But don't take my word for it. Read the countless reviews about them that I wish I had done. The problem with reading before you buy is you don't know they are fulfilling an online purchase. But when you do find out, cancel immediately.

I ordered what was sold as a plaid hooded jacket. I ordered green. I also ordered red a pair of fur lined ankle boots. Something most people in Wisconsin would order any given winter. First off, it took over a month to receive the order. They process your order through PayPal so as everyone knows, PayPal is worthless in helping you get any refund on a slow order. Gentryzee is also located in China. So good luck communicating with them.

When the order arrived, the boots were a joke. They are slippers with a quilted material. Not very "snow boot" like. The jacket that came was red. I ordered green and the invoice said it was green. The jacket also has two button chest pockets. One pocket had no buttonhole. The jacket was full of loose strings dangling everywhere. The sleeves, had no lining, no jacket anything. Just a thin flannel shirt sleeve. Hardly a jacket.

I then their customer service by email requesting an RMA and refund. Days later, I get a broken English email demanding pictures. I sent pictures. Days later a response saying they were sorry their stringent quality control and they would give me a 15% store credit towards my next purchase and I outdated keep the merchandise. When I told them I had no desire to purchase further poor quality from them and keep defective clothing I would be embarrassed to wear, days later another email saying they would agree to refund 30% but not a penny more. Or I could ship it back I my expense which would be over $20 and it would need to be returned in a condition that would allow them to resell it or no refund if it were returned defective. They sold it to me defective and yet if they get it back defective, I get nothing.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Horrible Customer Service. They claim to be a California based company but they are in China. Their customer service has limited West Coast hours and they all speak very broken Chinese English. It takes several weeks to get your order. They claim it's because your order was personalized or engraved but it's because they ship vis DHL from mainland China. Your DHL tracking verifies this. I had an issue with my original order. Their customer service would only offer a store credit of 50%. I tried to correct the regular issue by using the store credit but there is no way to use it if you order online. I emailed 5 times requesting they credit my card 50% of the order and I got the same response 5 times via email in broken Chinese English saying they would give me another store credit. Eventually, I called and got someone who didn't read from a script giving me the "corporate answer" and they finally refunded me 50%. A lot of effort to get it resolved for a ring that isn't all that great quality. Will not be buying from them again.

Hi, we do feel sorry to cause you any inconvenience with this purchase. Could you please offer us your order number or the name/email you used to place the order? So we can find your order and assist you better. Please know that our main office is in Los Angeles, California, while design and manufacturing are headquartered in Hong Kong. So most of the jewelry will be shipped from Hong Kong. Due to the peak season of freight and the influence of COVID-19, the demand grows, and supply lowers, which causes the tight capacity of the shipping. Some of the packages suffered a delay. We do apologize for your waiting. Meanwhile, we are sorry that we didn't know that you cannot use the store credit on our website. The reason for offering you the store credit lies that you can use it to place a new order. It is only a kind suggestion. We are sorry to make you feel difficult to communicate with us. We will make effort to improve our service and product in the future. Luckily, we have refunded the money as you requested and solved your problem. Please note that Jeulia won't evade customers' problems and we are always trying to make customers feel satisfied. Please contact us at service@jeulia.com once you need any help.
