I called Kiwi customer service this morning, as I have an afternoon flight & have not received my boarding instructions. The number I called was *******302@ 0709 this morning & John answered the phone. I explained I was flying out today & had not received my boarding information. John asked for my confirmation #…he could not find me in the computer. I said how about me name, again could not find me in the computer. He said "I will call you back" - I said "no, you may assist me right now, please"…John said "do you have any stores near you?"…I said "no"…John said "you Know like Target, Walmart's"…I said "no"…Jon said, "you have no walmart near-by"…I said "no"…John hung up on me. I proceeded to call back, no answer, I called back again & received a recording that stated that the phone had been disconnected. I then blocked my number & called again; & (gosh darn, unbelievably) it rang right on thru!…John refused to answer the phone, went straight to voicemail. I left a message asking him to please return my phone call. My flight leaves in less than four hours, not one word from Kiwi…very poor, very poor.
