Issue now fixed. They made good on promise. I order mugs with my artwork. I received a bunch of dirty mugs with the bottom rims looking like they are used mugs. Dirt is ground into ceramic. And, they added THEIR Zazzle logo to the bottom? What is this - they advertise on my merchandise. I complained and they said sorry, can't exchange - Logo stays and try and wash off ground in dirt. I did - it won't leave. Who wants used dirty mugs in their cupboard? Zazzle - do not buy from them. I wrote a review giving them 1 star - they only post positive reviews!
