I have had 3 orders from ultrasabers and all had issues that were poorly dealt with.
I am writing this review not out of anger but out of caution for others expectations.
Most annoyingly, my recent order (one month) i recieved an email weeks after i had ordered attempting to get me to get a different saber because of stock issues. They offered 3 lesser valued sabers and even said i would have to pay $10 more for one option(lesser value)! After mentioning canceling my order they promptly had my original item in stock and shipped it.
The first one they didnt send the stand that i purchased and replied saying that it was in the box...
The second order(over a month) included a saber with sound that is significantly muffled and makes a buzzing noise. Sent them pictures and video and after many many days of trying to communicate via email and i opted to just deal with it and avoid waiting for a month again for my saber.
