I've been a regular on-time payer for all my bills,

I had changed the ownership of my aunt's vodafone number to my name in MAY - 2016 during which I had to clear all the dues and take up the ownership.

I get a bill every month on my name which I pay on time before due dates.
But irrespective of this my aunt still gets calls that some bill is due to be paid.

I always have to drop an email, giving the customer service a proof of the bill that it was paid. They apologise and repeat the same mistake every month.

The person in charge is Mr. Avadhut Rege, with whom I've been talking every month regarding this matter and frustration to look for the bills and get it attached. He promises that it will be resolved but the fact is IT NEVER GETS RESOLVED.

When I'd gone on a tour in September 2016, the customer service called my aunt and told her to pay Rs. 499 or-else they will disconnect the number. She out of fear paid the amount, which was not at all necessary. When I learned about thus I immediately informed the customer care for this unacceptable behavior. They again apologised on the email and on phone and said they will adjust the amount in the forthcoming bill.

BUT AS USUAL NOTHING HAPPENED. Instead they just charge me twice, one by sending me a monthly bill and the next by torturing my aunt on phone.

Its the worst service and I've decided to port my number to some other mobile network.

I had order 2 products from 2 dealers to gift my sister. I received one on the exact date as required but the other product was to be delivered later. I called the customer service and requested to get it delivered on the same day if possible. He kept the phone on hold for 30 seconds and immediately agreed to deliver it faster.
I was happy as I could gift both the gifts to my sister on her birth date :) :)

I order (Ek Do Dhai Whiskey For All All - set of 4 glasses) to gift my friend from Flipkart, I just received this product today from Ek Do Dhai dealer and one of the 4 glasses is broken, I called the customer service at flipkart for an exchange, but as the system is not working I am told to wait for 2 hrs just to apply for an exchange
If its a fragile product why isn't it packed properly. I wanted to gift my friend, and Its delayed so much, and I don't know if i'm gonna receive this exchange or not, and if I get it when will I get my product. Flipkart says 24x7 customer service, yes they immediately answer the phone but no help as I need to wait for 2 hrs to know when will I get my product.
Quite Frustrating.

Worst service. Delivery delayed by over 9 days, moreover when called to enquire for the order status, the executive was not ready to help, he told me to manually go to the courier office and find out.
Why the hell would I order online if I had to go out to enquire.
All Online Buyers if you wish to save time never ever use Naaptol.
