  • Red Week

Long story short, we started the process of selling our timeshare on Redweek in January of 2022, and as of today's date (August, 17) it has still not closed. The process is long, the communication is ok but not anywhere near what it should be. I had to reach out for updates, rather than someone contacting me after the sale process had started. Then they pass it off to a company that actually does the work with the resort, and that process has taken forever. They kept blaming the resort, but that was not the case. Again, I had to ask for updates. Bottom line, if you are looking at selling your timeshare, based on my experience, I would recommend someone other than Redweek.

I've been reading the reviews, and the complaints you see are very much the same issues that could arise with ANY airline, anywhere.
No leg room, bad service, overbooked, late, delay etc etc are issues that anyone who travels a lot has encountered and they are not just unique to Air Canada.

Admittedly, I am a bit biased. I am a Super Elite 1,000,000 mile member with Air Canada. Yes I get perks because of that, but there were many years of non status flying with them I had to do before I got to this status. Even so, I still encounter some of the aforementioned issues. I just returned from St. Lucia on a Rouge flight. Rouge tends to have less legroom than others and the seats are not very comfortable, but I knew that going in. The staff was wonderful though. I recently had delay after delay when trying to get out of Toronto to Heathrow etc. The more you travel, the less affected you become by the issues that drive infrequent travelers nuts. Don't get me wrong... I get that it is very frustrating. But when you are a very frequent traveler, you learn that stuff happens, no matter where you are and you have to go with the flow. Easier said than done, I know. But if you are expecting to jump on a plane and have all the comforts of home and have everything go 100% smooth all the time and no issues, then you're better off taking a train.

I've traveled on many different airlines over the years, and I really can't think of one that I would not fly on again. I'm always very happy to see an Air Canada plane when I've been over seas for an extended trip. I've always been treated well, have (knock on wood) only had my luggage lost ONCE in over 25 years of frequent flying with Air Canada, and have the utmost respect for all on flight staff.

I'm proud to be an AIr Canada customer and hope to continue doing so for many years to come.

Was looking for a unique Christmas gift for my wife and stumbled across Amazing Clubs. She loves white wine and they offered a 3 month program where each month she would receive two bottles of white wine. I must admit I was hesitant about this, thinking that the quality/selection they sent might not be what I hoped for, and not up to her standards. Went ahead and took a chance anyways. We just received the final shipment of 2 bottles. I must say that the whole experience has been very positive. Each of the 6 bottles she received was from a different region in the world and included with it was a sheet that told all about the wine, the region, flavors etc. Very nice. It came well packaged, and always arrived the last week of the month as promised. They also kept me informed about shipping details etc.
Loved it so much that I took out a new 3 month subscription for one white and one red.

100% positive experience.

Started out with the one year plan on the original crave. No restrictions. Started to watch GOT and when we got to the last season it said we needed to add HBO and movies. Of course I was hooked on the series, so upgraded for 9.99 a month. Today went to watch the newest season of Power and SURPRISE! We need to add Starz for another 5.99 a month. When t f will this end? What's next?
Very frustrating. Can't imagine they aren't losing subscribers. They just lost this one for sure.
