They are shipper focused, meaning if you are receiving a package and they lose it you have no recourse. You are not allowed to submit a claim. WTF? Unfortunately, in regards to the last two packages they lost, the shippers also had very poor customer service so UPS's failure is taking weeks to resolve. It is mind boggling if I pay for expedited shipping and the package is still missing 10 days later I have zero recourse, nor I am ever compensated. UPS actively prevents me from contacting them. How is this acceptable business practice?

The masks are ok. I ordered medium and received Adult Large. I asked to return, but they wanted pictures of the front and backs of packages. After 4 emails they insisted I had received the ones I ordered and didn't accept a return after 4 asks. Every 10 hours you are supposed to hand wash and boil in water. Would not recommend.

Trip.com is an unscrupulous company based out of China. I made the mistake of purchasing an airline ticket on Trip.com, since I was having trouble buying one directly through LATAM airlines. LATAM ended up canceling my flight, so Trip.com rescheduled me to get to my destination a day later then I needed to be there. I tried to get a refund, but they insisted that LATAM's policies only allowed a 34% refund. When I called LATAM they said since they could not get me to my destination by the day I needed to be there they would offer a 100% refund, but since I went through Trip.com, they had to initiate the refund. Trip.com refused despite multiple conversations and e-mails. At first they cited LATAM policies, then they sited rules "under flight international aeronautics" which prohibited a refund. They essentially stole $280 from me. Clearly a fraudulent scam.

“Contact your bank. Inform them that you paid for service that were not provided and request they reverse the charges. Then contact Consumer Services or file a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.”
