These people are the worst. We rented a beach house from them in Kure Beach, NC. $3500. 00 for 7 days. My brother in law who rented this place is a doctor. After one day of being there, a shelf broke in the refrigerator that we replaced for 80 bucks, the microwave was broken and the TV would never work right. Anne showed up the next day. She was rude, arrogant and just nasty about everything. The Nextdoor neighbor was concerned enough that he called the owners who were located out of town. There was no grill and after being so rude with us, one showed up the next day. My wife slept on the couch because the beds in this place were so broken down. We never could get the TV to work and they just totally blew off the microwave. You are allowed 2 towels per bathroom and if you need more, that is extra. When we turned in the keys my brother in law told them how rude they were and we would not come back. Annes answer was Good, We hope you never come back. Im writing this today because she sent a brochure for Palm Air Realty NC to him in the mail and addressed it to Eric ( DOG) No last name. Our daughter lives in Wilmington and tried to warn us about these people. Horrible customer service and just rude and nasty to us for no reason.

This is the worst product. I went through 2 Ring Pros and 1 Ring Video 2 doorbells before I gave up. I purchased the Ring Pro for over $200.00, spent $225 for an electrician, $55.00 for a new indoor chime and $25.00 for a transformer. After 4 hours on the phone trying to get it to work, it wasn't until I wanted my money back they sent me a replacement. After a couple of hours on the phone we could never get it to hook up to the WiFi. Then comes the Ring Chime Pro and Ring Video 2 doorbell. Finally got it hooked up only to find out the 2 way communication will not work due to a problem with their firmware. Sent that POS back also. Amazon dumped them due to customer complaints and Shark Tank bailed out for good reasons. I spent close to $700.00 dollars and logged almost 15 hours of phone time and might of well set my money in the curb.
