No way to change a booking time. Hooked me up with someone who emailed back that he was not comfortable doing the work I needed done. (Breaker in a breaker box needed changing out) So why pair me with this person? Very frustrating. I suggest using Home Advisor instead. They called me right away after I visited their website. I just wanted this job to get booked so I could use my time for other things. Instead, I've wasted time dealing with them. Never again.

Nearly impossible to use. Total PIA. Says it's quick and easy, but it's not. Takes forever to load, etc.

Credit Karma's tax filing unit was sold to Cash App. Cash App is a waste of time. I tried to download it by requesting a code and no code was ever sent. So, I'll be looking elsewhere for a site in which to do my taxes.

I miss Credit Karma's tax application. I've tried several times to download Cashapp. No success at all. I keep getting a message to request a code, none was ever sent to my email, primary or spam, etc. Waste of time and effort. I'll find another tax filing site.

Their online tech/help support center is horrible. My phone seems to have died and I'm trying to chat with them. They need to send a message to my phone. WTF? Why do idiot companies do this? Might as well not even have a tech support option online. Oh, and no 24/7 customer service center. Way to go Verizon!

A couple of years ago I foolishly bought their pc protection, etc. I no longer even use their software, yet they keep saying I'm past due on my account with them and are sending it to a collection agency. Send away, I'll not be paying. Greedy, useless, and guaranteed to slow your computer down.

They will send you notifications of jobs you're qualified for. Then, when you try to find the link to apply, nothing at all, just endless direction to links that have nothing to do with what you're looking for. PIA. Stay away.

Cranky and slow this year. Overly complicated, and not FREE as advertised if you make below a certain amount. Go with Credit Karma instead. I'm disappointed in them. They've been good in the past, this year, no.

Every Email I get from them has a subject line for a job that is never listed. The jobs that are listed are nothing at all close to what I'm looking for or match my skills. Stay away, a waste of time.

Utterly useless. I agree with almost all the reviews. It's a scam and all their job listings are very misleading I unsubscribed and will now report all of their emails as spam.

I'd give it negative stars if I could. Overly busy layout. Ultra confusing. Logon link is buried and hard to find. All this from a state organization that is supposed to be helping people. It's more hindrance than help.

Impossible to log into. Not worth the effort. Endless back and forth trying to create a login, only to have to keep changing passwords. Bleh.

Was looking for a retail job. I got so many job postings that I'm not interested in nor qualified for. Nursing jobs is one example. Medical reception jobs another one with minimum of 1 year experience required. Nowhere on my resume was this listed. Very bad also about using one's zip code and distances. Also, two few job notifications have postings of salaries, where the location is, etc. Good luck if you use them.

I do not have a nursing degree yet I keep getting notifications of nursing jobs. Site algorithim is all messed up.

Just sends you to page after page of of sites that contain little or no information as to the companies seeking employees. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Shame on me for falling for this scam. Double shame on them for taking advantage of job seekers. They only want your money.

I too have had the same experience. I too should have known better than to give out my phone number. I've been inundated with calls from telemarketers, etc. Stay away from this site.
