Herbatint is my personal favorite at home permanent/semi-permanent vegan hair dye. Also, their customer service rep. That I talked to on the phone was super nice & helpful.

A lot of the time, their (not in store) customer service is not good. Their online customer service may even be automated.

UPS delivered an urgent medical device notification to the wrong address (my address) and when I tried to contact them, to fix this mistake, I had to deal with their horrible robotic phone tree (on MULTIPLE UPS phone numbers), which did nothing to help or resolve the problem. Actually, was very frustrating.

Their new website is buggy and their customer service (online and over the phone) is bad the majority of the time. They seem very poorly trained.

Their mobile web user experience is not good (for example, managing & editing subscriptions) and includes some dark patterns. Also, their customer services reps can be shady. Overall, I'm quite unhappy with this company.

This company has great customer service and great products. This company is definitely one of my top favorite companies.

Etsy has a lot of shady products. They make it even easier for the customers to be ripped off, because there is a time limit on how long you can write a review on a product you've already purchased. They have a lot of bad customer service and it's fairly inaccessible.

There are only one or two shops on Etsy that have worked out for me.

Uber is such a shady company and they have terrible customer service. I placed an order and I ended up being charged more than double the amount. They refused to correct the total to what we agreed upon and I provided them with all of the info they requested. I even have a screenshot of what the price should be when it was in my cart. This company is absolutely horrible and they take out website glitches on their customers. Plus, their customer service is so rude and obnoxious. Shady companies like this shouldn't be in business.

Apple products suck. Tim Cook has completely ruined this company. He should be removed immediately. Not only do the products suck, but the customer service is 90% horrendous.
