Ordered my wines on May8th and 20 days after I still don't have my wines, tracking number or answer explanation from customer service...

Bought a pan set where one came with a scratch, totally useless and defective and I opened a case over a week ago only to not get a serious response. Basically this is how they work: you buy and pay for the item, they ship the item (takes longer than average, I mean come on) and your item arrives damaged. You call and they tell you is a final sale, no wonder it was a final sale! They do not offer a return, a refund or an exchange, I simply threw away and gifted them $129. Be extremely careful with what you buy. For high quality items and designer stuff, just go to Farfetch.com and save yourself some headaches with GILT. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Bought and paid expedited shipping on April 28 for a Mother's day gift, May 10. After several attempts of contacting customer service, I never got an answer, only similar bad comments of facebook from other unhappy customers who never received anything. Stay away from this company, I think they buy their stuff in China so...
