They have a very serious issue. When it comes to a dispute between a scammer and innocent consumer who got tricked in, puppyfind.com protect scammers by allowing them to remove any bad reviews. It's a vicious cycle- the scammers are able to keep up with ripping off naive customers! What a great fraud friendly company!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t ever use it unless you want to be a victim of fraud!

If a seller is a true scammer the account is removed from the site.
If you posted a review for a seller and the seller disputed the review, then we do require the buyer to provide proof of purchase and supporting documentation for the statements in their review in order for it to be reinstated. If the buyer is unable to provide supporting documentation for their statements then the review is not posted.
We do have Buyers Tips on every listing to assist buyers in having a safe transaction.
