That is the most UNPROFESSIONAL site I ever used. I ordered 4 products at Look Fantastic and as my purchase was over $100, I received a beauty bag gift. However, they sent the beauty bag but not the product I paid for. The order status says "DELIVERED" so I contacted them to get the product or the money back. I sent 3 emails with no success and no response. WHAT A JOKE! AVOID IN ANY CASES.
