“Buyers Beware”

We have only been in our house one week and have found so many problems. A twenty minute viewing and rushed final viewing is not enough to see the problems. The house was left dirty, blinds falling apart, electrical work needed doing, shower door didn't shut, costing us. There isn't even a front tap, who would expect that, not exactly recommended by the Fire Brigade.
Maje a list and check it all and take your time at final viewing. Once you buy you are on your own.
