Working for curbside sucked. Management was okay in the beginning then it slowly deteriorated, into a $#*! show of laziness coming from the higher ups. When we first started curbside we called customers after their orders were shopped to go over substitutions and out of stocks. Most customers were really nice and then there were some that you just lose faith in humanity from. If I got a dollar for every entitled customer I had to shop for I'd probably be as rich as Jeff Bezos. Especially the old ones, to think they have nothing better to do than be rude on the phone and then start crying if we're out of stock on something. Now, after months of working, somebody in corporate had this grand idea of letting the customers text the shoppers while their orders are being shopped. At first, it was alright, but it progressively got worse along the way. To the point when the customers would just straight up insult the shoppers. Now if they didn't want something substituted or out of stocked then don't $#*! and come shop your damn groceries yourself and $#*! all that "but COVID" bull$#*! because most of these people are the same ones that don't wear a mask in public and are just using COVID an excuse to be lazy and be an $#*! to people that shop their groceries. $#*! Giant Eagle, the store lead is a creep too. If y'all know what store this is then you know what goes on there. I would give no stars but a minimum of one star is needed
