BEWARE! COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT! I received these Apple AirPods as a present purchased from this website out of Vancouver, Canada. Upon receipt, the headphones were defective. The microphone volume was low and cutting in and out, Siri continually self prompted and the touch feature did not work. I brought them to the apple store and they identified them as counterfeit via the serial number. The Apple store recommended I notify their counterfeit feedback site (which I did). After looking at counterfeit AirPod comparisons online, I noticed more discrepancies to authentic Apple AirPods. We attempted to contact the Versaucey to inform them of our findings and they claimed we were being "unfaithful," we did not have proof the headphones came from their company, and would not issue a refund. We've tried to get the matter resolved with the company but they are becoming more defensive, even when pictures and descriptions of the discrepancies were presented. At a minimum, even if they are not counterfeit, they are defective but Versaucey would not honor their Versaucey 1 year warranty: "If for any reason, your AirPods do not work or is defective, we will replace them no questions asked. Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase." They also claimed we only had 14 days to return the product it took 14 days to receive the product via Shipping from British Columbia.

BUYER BEWARE! I attempted to post this review to the Versaucey website but they blocked it from being posted. We would love to talk to them on the phone but it is not worth running up international phone fee calling from the US to Canada

Unfortunately you have to be more specific, the Airpods promotion has brought a lot of unethical people and we have to make sure that your claim is valid.

We have been getting a lot of people trying to exchange their 1st generation AirPods for our 2nd generation AirPods. And also a lot of claims that our item is fake, when they can not prove that.

Can you provide with a video and photo of the problem.

Essentially after sending our proof, they rebuttaled by saying we cannot prove this is the product they mailed... I didn't realize it was common practice to take video of yourself opening a package from an online vendor to prove they were the ones who sent it to you.

Tip for consumers:
Per online research, it is based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. It took approximately 14 days to ship from BC to Kentucky.
