I loved in Nebraska for 6 years so visited the. Nebraska Furniture Mart several times. I purchased leather sofas, beds and bedroom furniture, dining table, chairs and coffee table. Everything I purchased was very good quality and finish. The prices were good and often there is a sales coupon available or they run promotions.

There is a huge clearance section where we purchased our $4000 tempur pedic bed for under $1000! It was perfect condition just been used as display so you can get some amazing deals from time to time.

Delivery is usually fairly quick and is often an extra charge so make sure to get everything you need in one go! If items are small enough you can take them straight from the warehouse in your car.

One downside for me is the place is so huge it's hard to find things. It's actually displayed nicely but not efficiently. For example all the furniture is set out in rooms. Great for design ideas but if you're looking for a coffee table they are not all together. They are spread out in rooms' all over the store and it's hard to remember where you've been and looked as well as what you've seen. My advice take snaps on your phone and add the location so you can easily find it again! Overall the best place for furniture in Nebraska!

I love vintage style clothing especially 40's and 50's and Grace Karin creates a huge range of gorgeous dresses. You can buy direct from their website or from amazon. Their dresses are at low prices around $25 so I wasn't expecting great quality. But to my surprise the fabric was nice, beautiful designs and well made. And the item looked exactly like the pictures shown. The range of colours and patterns is amazing. I had been looking in stores for some pretty spring / summer dresses but nothing was jumping out to me. When I found Grace Karin it was hard to narrow it down as I loved them all! A lot of their swing dresses come complete with a belt which is a nice addition.

You have to be careful with sizing though. I'm a US size 6 so would normally expect to buy a small or even medium if the fit came up smaller, but here I had to order a large! Not a good feeling lol! But it fits perfectly. You must use their size guide and order based on their measurements and not order according to your actual size.

I now have four of their dresses and love each one. Will definitely be ordering more and the price point means I can buy four dresses from Grace Karin for less than one dress from my old favourite store!

WHBM was one of my favourite stores but lately I've been disappointed. It's not the selection of clothing or designs those are all great. The prices are a little high when full priced but they always have deals going on.

This review is about making online returns.

I purchased a couple of items in mid February this year, one being some gorgeous shoes which happened to come up half a size too big. The mistake I made was returning by mail. The nearest store is about 40 mins drive from me but I should have taken the time to go to the store.

I returned by mail two days after I received them in the mail. Now it's the end of March and I still don't have my refund and they still tell me they haven't received the item or they don't know if it's been received because it hasnt been processed yet. It's been four weeks and to be honest it's put me off ordering online for good. I've called twice only to be told it can take 4 weeks or longer to process returns. I returned some cheap shoes to an amazon company last week and as soon as ups had the shoes i hand, I had an email to say my refund was on the way. WHBM doesn't use ups! It uses the post office so what happens to the items I don't know! I hope it's not lost because those shoes cost a lot of money and I want it back! In my arms Morrisons are use the post office several times a week and my packages are reaching the destination in two days. What on earth has the post office done with this package? WHBM I used to love you but you've gone down in my estimation a lot. I didn't find the staff on the phone very helpful at all.

If you do buy online and need to return - DO IT AT THE STORE! That way you get your money back the same day. I'm so frustrated!

UPDATE!
Finally today I get a helpful customer representative who refunded my money even though she couldn't find all the relevant information. So YAY for the good people out there!

I love the look of wayfair furniture and home products so I ordered a grey tv stand for my new home. When it arrived the top was damaged. We had assembled the rest and to be honest the finish on the whole thing was not good never cheap looking although it was strong and sturdy. After calling customer service they sent out a replacement. Took about two weeks. That one was also damaged in two places. Called customer service again and they said a third would be delivered and they also gave me a refund of 30% of the full price. Next I had a message saying there were no more tops but they would send a whole new tv stand. Told me to donate the first one. In the end I asked for a full refund as I couldnt be bothered to put together another and potentially have another damaged item. They just dont pack things well enough. I got my refund and still have the stand as they dont want it back. So although the product was bad quality and finish I didnt have any issues getting refunded. All representatives were very courteous and helpful.

When I first got the app there were so many rebates on products I always buy and in a matter of two or three months I had earned $80. Easy to cash out for starbucks, Walmart and other gift cards or get the money. I had no problem with that. But after the initial three months all the products I was buying and getting good rebates on all disappeared. Now 6 months on Im only earning 25c or a little more on $200 grocery receipts. I think they pull you in somehow using your shopping habits then drop those products once they have you hooked. I cant be bothered anymore.
