Plant was received in very poor shape, was not tethered to the container, no wrapping, nothing, just in a semi opened box. I potted it and tried to save it, but that didn't work. BTW, I recently made numerous purchases online for specific plants- this was by far the worst packaging- the price for what I received was 3x more than what I received in comparison to other vendors. I was happy to pay more for a good plant, but that's not what I received for my money. After 3 calls (cant leave a voicemail) a lengthy live chat, an email sent and a live call. I was told it is now past the 30 days, and will have to go through the warranty (which I purchased on a $65 plant)... all of this over about 1$ or $2- some sort of deductible blah blah. - If a company can't work with me over a couple bucks, and is fine with wasting my time- I will take my future purchases to someone who is a little friendlier. This is why I don't bother returning things, but when I do try, and get this response, I can guaranty that I will never give them business again.* file is too large to upload on this platform
