I ordered a sweater over a month ago. I had to ask for a confirmation that the order was received and they said the item would ship shortly. I have heard nothing from them, even after submitting a complaint. And my order number and email don't even show up in their system anymore

I recently ordered a few items and paid extra for quicker shipping. Most of the items on the list said they ship in 24 hours, but one didn't. I need one of the items quickly, so opened a ticket to see if those could be shipped separately, or if I could remove the one item in order to get the rest in time. Unfortunately, they never responded and it still says I have to wait 7 days. I may just need to cancel the entire order since I really just needed one dress quickly and added on because the stuff is really cute. I'm worried now because of the negative reviews.
