Unitel Direct have behaved disgracefully during the Pandemic. They have threatened small businesses with court action even when they know they have had to close down. Their customer service is robotic and rude. When you scratch the surface they are nothing but a greedy backstreet operation.

“. They are rude, pushy, don’t do what they say they are going to do and basically are a bunch of con artists. Not sure what to do next but will be contacting my solicitors as they say I owe them £2500!”
