My last two cruises with Princess have been absolutely horrible. I received a cruise featured cruise credit for $250 and went to use it. Nobody could find it. I do have the paper showing that I received it From the ship. I must have over 20 hours of phone calls and emails trying to get this fixed. I get the runaround. Lie after lie. So different story after different story. I thought carnival was the worst cruise line, Princess is right there with them. And if you don't know Carnival and Princess are affiliated. Princess used to be a very nice cruise line to cruise with. But not anymore! In the casino on the Caribbean princess. You would use your medallion to charge your room for the gambling on a machine. If you sat there for a little while, The amount would disappeared and never showed up as a credit. We missed the Port, Prince Edward Island, and I still haven't received a credit for that. I am so disgusted with them. It just so happens we're going on another cruise with a big group. Everyone is so fed up with the crap that Princess is putting us through, we are all ready to cancel. If you call to try to fix a problem with Princess, you are on hold for one to two hours! I went to a travel agent for this upcoming cruise, he said he will never in his life book a Group cruise or individual cruise with Princess Cruises again.

Spoke to John at Chino Valley Pest Control on an issue I was having with a gopher I could not catch. They came out set four traps and came back about 10 days later. All the traps were filled with dirt and snapped. They reset the traps came out 10 days later all the holes were filled and traps were set again Including one trap of my own that I had. I received an invoice by email for $250 and told John I'm very uncomfortable to pay this because they have not caught anything. He said no worries. Another 10 days went by and I heard someone leaving my backyard. I open the front door and it was John from Chino Valley Pest Control. I asked can I help you and he said, I pulled your traps up there's no evidence of a gopher. And if you need to continue service just call us. I was completely dumbfounded I didn't say anything I didn't know what to say. I went in my backyard pulled up my trap the hole was filled with dirt showing evidence that there is a gopher there. I guess he couldn't catch the gopher either, so he pulled his traps up and left!

Samsung has known about the software problem for quite some time and they've done nothing about it. Is it a way for you to go in and buy another $1000 phone. The $1000 phone. I think so. When I used the voice command to text it double types were it double types words and sentences. It takes forever to. It takes forever to correct. I can't even get a new phone at a new phone because the software problem was because the software problem will be on that phone also. This is what my phone has been doing for months. Everyone has tried to fix it, but it is software the comes from Samsung. They have to send out update to fix problem. COME ON SAMSUNG..

I left this practice about 5 years ago because of mistake upon mistake. Well, I went back to give them another chance. It cost me an arm and a leg. I went in to see Dr. Vu for my yearly. My 1st thought was she was very cold. No personality. I let the staff know right away I would be cash only that I could not afford insurance. So what did they do. They sent out my lab work to the highest cost laboratory. Instead of 75 dollars it cost me 241 dollars. Dr Vu ordered 2 Sonograms. To this day I've never received a call from Dr Vu on my results. My appointment was back in February 2021. The staff is incompetent and useless. Dr Vu isn't worth seeing.

I wrote a review about this company a week ago and gave them one star. They did contact me and asked me to take down my review and give them 5 stars and they would give me 30% off my items. I don't want these items. One dress is umbrella material and so thin, so disgusting. The quality on the rest of the dresses is really poor. I would never wear them. The colors aren't the same as what it shows on their website. Just terrible. And a course this is my 1st time using them. The company is located in China. I saw their return policy and I was a little concern. But I looked at reviews and thought I would give them a chance. I had no idea the merchandise would be this bad. You cannot post a review on their site. So, I would Presume all the reviews on their site are fake. My next step is to contact my credit card company and dispute all the charges. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was giving a Paul Mitchell wand for Christmas and just opened it about a month ago. The tip broke off by the 3rd time I used it. I called Paul Mitchell and they referred me to Pro Tools which handles all their warranties. When I called Pro Tools, I explained the situation to the lady that answer the phone. Where and when I bought it. Paul Mitchell has a 1 and 2 year warranty. I read to her what was on the wand and she Immediately said, that's not a Paul Mitchell item. I told her I was reading what was on the wand and there's a number and she kept insisting it was not a Paul Mitchell wand. So I politely said, well, I can see where this is going. I am not going to waste my time and I ended the phone call. I sent an email to Paul Mitchell about my experience with Pro Tools. Walter from Pro Tools sent an email, and told me Ulta, where I bought the item should cover my warranty. I guess this is how they operate so they don't have to handle any warranties. Anyways, I bought an ENZO. Much better quality For the same price as Paul Mitchell. Goodbye PAUL...

I am writing this review for all you ladies who have blond hair like I do, real blonde hair and our eyelashes and eyebrows are clear or very very blond. I've been using SwissOpar for years. It was Messy, but it didn't irritate my eyes. Well, I decided to make a change and I saw the reviews on 1000 hours. Wow! Ladies this stuff works. It is so easy. I bought the Blue Black, they say that's the darkest. Instead of one inch strip of cream, I do a 1/2 inch and 5 drops of the liquid. You Stir for a while to get it nice and thick. I put it on my eyebrows and eyelashes and wipe it off with a wet cotton pad. And then I usually redo the eyelashes again. It doesn't get all over your eyes! I just love this stuff. I can't say enough about it. It does say poison on the very front of the Box. They want you to keep it out of reach fo children. So please do that. Anyways, good luck to you ladies, Happy tinting
