I GOT A CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER ON MAY 29,2019!
(I KNOW THEY ARE AUTOMATED EMAILS. I'M TELLING YOU WHEN MY PURCHASE HAPPEN.)
AND THEN TODAY (JUNE 26TH) THEY TOLD ME (AFTER AN EMAIL I SENT THEM TO ASK ABOUT MY ORDER) THAT MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED ON JUNE 22,2019!
25 DAYS LATER! I NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THAT BEFORE. AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NORMAL SINCE THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! IT IS DESPATCHED 25 DAYS LATER! NOTHING TO DO WITH SHIPPING!
UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE!
I SWEAR IF THEY SAID, SORRY IT'S BEEN A MISTAKE AND WE DELATED YOUR ORDER SOMEHOW, I DON'T EVEN CARE WHY, I WOULD SAY OK, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. LET'S FIND A SOLUTION. BUT NOW, TELLING ME THAT IT IS NORMAL TO SENT THE ITEM 25 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER, BECAUSE OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, I BELIEVE THEY ARE MESSING WITH ME, AND SO I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM, AND I REQUEST A FULL REFUND. I EVEN PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR A FAST SHIPPING! DO YOU BELIEVE THOSE PEOPLE?
THEY ARE LIKE I DON'T EVEN CARE. I WILL DO WHATEVER I WANT AND WHATEVER SUITS ME AND YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I ORDERED A SUMMER ITEM AND I WILL EVEN BE BACK FROM MY SUMMER HOLIDAYS WHEN THIS ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED. I WILL NOT BE NEEDING IT TILL NEXT SUMMER! SO THEY CAN SEND IT NEXT YEAR. IT'S THE SAME THING FOR ME.
