It's a terrible thing when a company loses all sense of ethics and fairness and just decides to arbitrarily rip you off and not pay you what you've earned. Yet this is what Swagbucks has done to me (and I suspect many others).
I had been a member of Swagbucks since 2019 and have always been a good contributer. This past month though, I suddenly found one day while trying to log in that my account had been deactivated and I was unable to access the site. I contacted Swagbucks about this and after about a week they finally bothered to reply and basically just gave me a bit of vague garbage as an explanation for why I was without warning kicked off the site. I have tried to contact them numerous times since then and have been greeted either with silence or insulting and abusive communications from Swagbucks. Seriously I can't believe a purportedly professional company would behave in such an outrageous and sick manner. I had over $50 in earned points which I am now unable to cash out and Swagbucks either ignores or insults me when I try to resolve this.
Please avoid using Swagbucks. If this can happen to me after being a loyal member for years then it can definitely happen to you. There are much better survey sites out there. No need to use evil scammers such as this.

I can't believe that scam sites like this are allowed to exist. I had been an occasional contributer to this site for several years until last May when Qmee suddenly informed me that there had been complaints from survey providers about me giving inconsistent answers (This was a TOTAL LIE btw).

After that point, Qmee started rejecting almost all of my completed surveys (often after spending 20+ minutes working at them) and when I complained about this they basically told me that they would do nothing about it and that it was my own fault.

Now finally I tried to log in in the past week and my account is now blocked. I received no word or notice that this was happening. After contacting Qmee, I'm told that because of my 'inconsistent answers' (which they can provide no proof of) my account is closed and the money I had accumulated is now forfeited to them. This is an unbelievable scam they are running! I plan now to get in touch with the BBB and try to chase down my stolen earnings. Please avoid this vile and repulsive scam site - I don't want anyone else to go through what I have.

This is a scam site which is clearly going out of business and not caring who they rip off on the way out. To be fair, they were good and consistent for several years, but this year (2021) they've begun acting totally unprofessional. For one thing, starting this year every few months they seem to randomly deactivate my account and slander me with false claims of dishonesty. After complaining to the Better Business Bureau every time, this site relents and reinstates my membership. Since the end of August though, there have literally been no surveys on their site. When I contacted them, they claim that there just aren't any that I'm qualified for. All of a sudden? After years of being an honest contributor? Very fishy. Looking at the other recent reviews here, it's clear that this site is in decline and anyone who uses it is more or less inviting Lifepoints to rip them off at this point. Avoid this bunch of criminals - scum like this don't deserve your time and effort.

I have been a participant on Prolific for well over 2 years now. They were a good site - lots of interesting surveys and always paid reasonably and fairly quickly. I never had anyone expressing any problems with my work and my surveys were always approved by the people giving them.

But since July 2021 I stopped receiving any survey invites and no surveys were showing up on the site itself. I checked my profile status and there appeared to be no problems so I followed the advice on their FAQ and didn't contact them until 2 months had passed with no surveys whatsoever. When I did contact Prolific, it took them over a week to answer me and then I was told this:
'I'm afraid you won't be able to take part in further studies on Prolific because your account has failed one or more of our automated checks, as well as our manual review. Unfortunately, I can't give you any further information about the specifics of these checks and won't be able to reverse the decision.'

Unbelievable treatment from this site after several years of diligent and honest work. I've done nothing wrong whatsoever and now I'm suddenly banned without any warning or even the decency to let me know what's happened? Truly a despicable and vile site. Like all survey sites, they will ban you as soon as you start doing well without any explanation. Oh yeah, and they'll slander you as well without providing any proof of wrongdoing. Avoid this site at all costs unless you like being ripped off and insulted.

Seriously, this is a criminal site. I spent months building up my points until I could cash out a decent amount and when I did, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to process. A month later, no payment had arrived.

I contacted MySoapBox and was told that due to quality control checks, I would not be paid and would in fact also be blocked from the site. Again, they gave me no word that this would happen and I had to contact them to find out. Absolute garbage.

So I've been completely ripped off by MySoapBox and have no recourse to get the money I'm owed by them. I use many survey sites and this is the only one that hasn't paid me. Incidentally they're also the only ones who've ever accused me of not filling in surveys properly.

I'd advise anyone to avoid this site. There is an extremely good chance they WILL NOT PAY YOU. There's plenty of better sites out there. Criminal sites like this will soon be out of business hopefully and good riddance...
