We recently bought a computer at Best Buy. The price was marked at about $700.00, which was a fairly good price considering the features. What was frustrating is the salesman tried to sell us so many different warranties and service contracts. We really weren't interested and he made us feel like we were making a terrible mistake. We did purchase a few hundred dollars worth of services, including their virus scan. The computer is great and the store was nice. I just was not expecting the forceful sales tactic. If you need certain services to guarantee the life of the computer, they should include it in the cost.

I got a Nook for Christmas and have really enjoyed it. I have already downloaded several books. It is lightning fast and has been problem free. The Barnes & Nobles site is a little hard to navigate. It takes me a while each time to remember how to navigate their site. This may be more of a reflection on me, than Barnes & Nobles but it is worth mentioning. They also send out lots of emails. I am not a fan of stores I have ordered from sending unsolicited emails and I rarely read them. I recently bought a bunch of clothes from JC Penney and they were great! Items were shipped fast and the pricing was incredible. The site was a bit confusing to navigate, but that may have been me. The clothes were better quality than I thought. Overall I was very pleased. I needed to return some items so I took them back to the store. It took a little long, but the sales clerk was new.

I love this website! They sell all sorts of great gift ideas. The best part is you can customize all your selections with different designs. They have over 500 designs, so it is a great place to do all my shopping. I have a big gift list and it seems like all of my recipients had different interests and taste. Shopping from a lot of different sites means many different shipping cost. When I discovered Kyle Design I can do all of my shopping on one site. The shipping is a flat rate fee of $7.95 regardless of how much you order. I love a deal! The shipping is fast and the products are of excellent quality. I am always proud to give these gifts. I was in a hurry the other day and called to place a phone order. The customer service rep was very nice and really helpful. This is one of the best sites I have found in a long time.

I've been using their makeup for years. I just started ordering from their website because I don't really like to go to retail stores. The orders have been correct when I receive them, but there shipping does take longer than most places. The last order took about 3 weeks. Also, I had to change my order and I was not able to do so, even though I had just placed it. The quality of the product is excellent and the site is easy to navigate.

I placed an order for 4 pairs of Uggs. When I originally placed the order, I entered one of the pairs with a wrong size. I sent an email and got a nice reply from Customer Service and they made the change for me. That was really nice. My order arrived in just a few weeks as it was an international shipment. Everything was exactly as I ordered and all the sizes were correct.

I have always had great luck with Nordstroms.com. I especially love the feature where you can reserve your item online and pick it up at the store. It is more expensive than most stores, but the customer service is great.
