I ordered 4 masks worth $61AUD and that was almost two months ago. I understand there are often delays in deliveries so I didn't pay much mind to it in the beginning, but after attempting to check the tracking numbers and contacting them the following month, all they just gave me were excuses, like sometimes there are delays or the courier's have forgotten to update the system? I've been patient but these already terrible reviews have me really second guessing. I've contacted them once more and if I don't receive some sort of solution I plan on calling up my bank to dispute my transaction and hopefully get my money back.
