I've used Jigsaw's online site for many many years and they process and deliver quickly, generally faster than they indicate on their shipping advice. Customer service are polite, suitably sympathetic and helpful if you have any problems. Great clothes which endure well season after season.

I wish that I could award a zero. Mango processed the order to my previous address and have not refunded or resent the order. Nor have they replied to the numerous emails I have sent them. They are disinterested, avoiding and unnecessarily curt on the phone.
Appalling customer service. I like Mango's clothes but there is no way I can order from them ever again.
