I'm still undoing all the damage they did when they handled my S-Corporation. It's been two years. They still have the audacity to make sales calls to me after treating me like a mark. Just like con men, you're a mark. Once you pay them they drop you like a bad habit, leaving you to figure out the process of incorporating all by your lonesome. Nobody changed ownership to me, which meant I didn't even have a business. I had to petition the state to transfer the business to myself. I trusted them to take care of things I didn't know about. All they did was steal my money and dump me on my can. Any company that operates this way is just a criminal organization that operates on the thin line of legality.

Verified purchase

I bought several pairs of eyeglasses from GlassesUSA and was happy with them. The last pair, however, was defective; the lenses shrank or changed shape and would no longer stay in the frame. They were two months old, and I used them for a spare. This isn't why I am giving a one-star review, however. The one-star review is for GlassesUSA refusing to replace the glasses. Instead, they offered a replacement at 50% off. That doesn't seem quite right, considering the glasses were 100% defective. In my opinion, a company that decides it is okay selling defective glasses to unsuspecting customers for 50% off is a dishonest and unethical company. At the very least, this 50% replacement policy was designed by a very dishonest person. GlassesUSA missed the mark for me, and until they can rectify the situation, I will shop elsewhere for eyeglasses. Caveat emptor...

Tip for consumers:
If they sell you defective eyeglasses, you will only get half of your money back in a store credit. Totally unethical and dishonest.

I ordered a hat that took 3 weeks to arrive. When I received the hat, it was crammed in an undersized box that ruined the hat. Upon further inspection, the hat was made in Bangladesh and is basically a 5 dollar trucker hat that they charged me 30 dollars for. No response, whatsoever, from their support email team. They bait you in with their patriotic theme, and then you make them rich. Bad quality, bad public relations, bad reviews, bad ethics. Beware!

The pricing is very misleading, and it's confusing how returns actually work. I tried to...
