I decided to do this review while still waiting for someone to answer the contact number provided on the website. Notice in my screenshot that it is definitely during normal business hours I've been holding for over 25 minutes. It is completely silent. I don't have an estimated wait time. No robot telling me anything. Just sitting in complete silence for over half an hour now with the call time steadily increasing.
