Unacknowledged return
I Purchased a pair of jeans in July return them on July 28 have all the proper paperwork try to reach out to J Brand a number of times I was finally successful by the end of August through live chat spoke to Dee From Customer Service she said that they did receive a delivery but nothing was posted in the system and she would escalate the inquiry. As of yet no one has reached out to me with an update. This is very frustrating it is now September 10. When you call Customer Service no one answers you leave a message with your contact information and no one returns your call when you send an email you get a reference number but no one responds to your question. Very frustrating at this point I'm not sure where to reach out anymore that's why I'm here writing this review.
I will never order anything again from J Brand
