I am really thankful that Sitejabber is available for the public to make honest reviews and to view opinions. I really wish I had used this site before dealing with a lot of companies. I have awful experiences with various
Companies, and then I go on Sitejabber to research and people have posted similar experiences. I just wish I had researched Sitejabber first before dealing with these companies. Sitejabber is really a useful site. Thank you for letting us use our freedom of speech amendment.

I had issue with Groupon and Capital One disputed the claim for me. Then Groupon put charge back on my account. I have talked to 10 or more people at Capital One. Most do not speak good English. There are a lot of people from the Philippines. They do not have good comprehension. Capital One sided with Groupon and said I would have to dispute each charge if Groupon keeps putting charge on account. The manager at Capital One told me that since Groupon had my number that they could make reacuring charges, and even if I changed my credit card number, they could still charge me. I talked to many managers. They didn't care. I do not like this. Capital One should protect me. This has been a total pain to deal with. I have had card for 18 years and I just decided I didn't want the hassle anymore. Capital One should protect me and not let creditors abuse me. Therefore, I do not deal with Capital One anymore. I closed my account.

Tip for consumers:
Poor customer service. I only spoke to one person from USA that seemed to care and that was when I closed account.

Capital One was the bank on my Walmart credit card. They were my bank.

I went online and got Groupon Sam's Club Membership. Then I saw the automatic renewal every year and decided to cancel within 10 minutes. There was no customer service to help and the phone number that I got from my Capital One card was no good. I got no answer and recording said it was a restricted number. Plus there is no address or manager for Groupon. Is everybody foreign? So my Capital One let me dispute charge and remove charge. THEN, 2 months later Groupon put the charge back on my account and Capital One refuses to help. Since it is a renewable charge, they can take out of my card every year. I don't even have a Groupon Sams card, since I said I didn't want it. So, I am out of $60, and God knows how much more trouble I'm going to have to deal with. I wish I had researched Groupon before now. It looks like a bunch of bad reviews.

I couldn't get out of it.

For years, I have received catalogs from Spring Hill Nurseries in the mail, but I never ordered. So I finally decided to give them a try. I ordered 3 different types of lilies. Absolutely none of them bloomed! I called customer service. They refused to give my money back and would not mail more bulbs. They just gave me store credit of maybe $5.00. I paid more than that for the flowers. I had to pay postage. I am afraid to order anymore from Spring Hill Nurseries.

I saw an add on Facebook for hats with Sunshade Emblem. I was going to place an order and then I see reviews saying some people ordered and not get right color. Then I started researching other sites and saw the same hat offered for 6 to 15 dollars cheaper. I did not go through with my order. Now Outdoorstribe is sending me continuous emails. So far 5 in 2 days. I do not like this.

I just started purchasing items from Farmasi this year and so far I have been extremely pleased with the quality for the price. It is not extravagant. I love the nail polish. It holds up well, and can last me for about a week with no chips. It is a lot better than many I have tried. I really like the mono eye shadow, lip scrub and matt liquid lipstick also. I am also impressed with Mr Wipes multi purpose cleanser and Mr Wipes laundry detergent. I plan to continue to buy from Farmasi.

My first experience was great with Chewey and super fast service. I was pleased with prices. My second experience was missing a small item. I called to tell them about it in early morning hours. The rep said "this is a warehouse and you can expect them to make mistakes occasionally". Okay, yea I have worked warehouse and usually someone checks behind you on orders. I did receive the missing item quickly. So I don't know how often orders are incorrect. I have only ordered twice. One good experience and one needing improvement...

Well I went outside to do some pruning and added water to birdbath. It was left outside all winter. It is severely cracked so evidently it does not do well outside. This is 7 months later. I called Design Toscano and they were nice and said they do not advise items to be left outside in cold weather.

My first experience with Toscana was very good. I got a bird bath with 3 cherubs. I even got a discount on the order by going to Retail Me Not. The bird bath was excellent quality and profoundly beautiful. It looks great in my flower garden. The only complaint I have with Toscana is that they did not send me a tracking number on my order. I even checked my spam folder and it was not there. However, I called customer service and she was able to tell me when it was going to be delivered and it was accurate. I will probably order from them again.

Gosh, I wish I had've looked at the site before this happened. Well, I lost my gas cap on my Troybilt mower. I called *******721 and they did not have part. They gave me *******500 to call And surprisingly they had the part. I remember there was an issue with charge cards and unsure exactly what happened. Anyway I was happy I got part. It arrived quickly. However it does not fit and per website you must return in 10 days. Strange thing is that one of my charge cards had a fraudulent charge on the day this was bought. I am thinking this might be connected. When I called the 800 number on a later date, I was told that sometimes Troybilt used 3rd parties and I needed info on order. After researching accounts I found out where it was ordered.

In my particular area I love the meet-up groups. It has really broadened my social life and it's a great way to meet people. Of course I'm selective as to which meet- up sites I like. You have to find the people that are compatible with you.

Well I figured I had tried a lot of the other dating sites so I thought I would try this one. I tried to get on one of my other sites and I couldn't. Then I clicked on the meet- me site and I proceeded to make my profile. And looks like it pulled my information from somewhere else. I did not tell it to pull information from facebook, but it added my full name. It added my age and address and it made everything for me. It pulled the picture from about 10 years ago. I think I was hacked. I stayed on the site for a little while and then I deleted it. Some guy that I was talking to said that there was a lot of hackers on the site. The websites have become very dangerous.

This site is totally an invasion of privacy. I'm pretty sure that they are buying information from other companies. They are probably behind some of the Facebook data breach. I researched my ex-husband of over 10 years ago I found my name in there as an Associate along with a lot of my family members. We are no longer Associates!. And tell that to his creditors that keep calling... I found a bunch of my old addresses where I lived without him. They even had him as dying in the year that his father died and that is totally wrong... I researched this website on Snopes and they said it "was mostly true" that it could cause problems. Research it. I think it is a very risky website. I really think it needs to be banned.

On 12/9/17, I ordered a beanie cap from this company through a facebook add. They immediately charged my card. I emalied them for info on delivery status multiple times with no reply. After over a month waiting on merchandise, I called my credit card company to dispute payment. They called Inspire Uplift telephone number and customer service rep said answering machine picked up that sounded like cellphone. After all this, I got a tracking number that directed me to China Post and then to United States with no updates since January 5,2018. So I'm not sure what's going on with my order. BBB has about 60 complaints online.

Update... I received the beanie on January 22,2018.

Well, I saw an add on the television about this new dating site which I have never heard about. I decided to go on there and check it out and come to find out they already had my email address and they said that I already had an account. That is not true! I couldn't obtain a password. They knew my age also. And I tried the site, only to be bombarded with emails. And I can't respond, to anyone, unless I pay. Immediately after I joined Farmers Only, I am getting an email from Zoosk from somebody I have no idea who it is saying that they could not share pictures with me. They said I asked for them. They wanted me to go to another site. I have not been on Zoosk for a year or more. I deleted account. So I am thinking these sites are hacked. BEWARE!

I went online and joined Match.com in July 2017. My selections were to join for one month or either join for 6 months at a slightly less charge. So I decided to join for just one month. I never got an email that I can remember stating my terms of contract and payment authorization. While on the Match dating site, I chatted with a few people and emailed a lot more and I never got a response. I was beginning to think there were fake profiles like on all of the other dating sites. And overall the site was no better. After a month, I got my credit card statement and I noticed that I was being charged for an additional month from Match.com. It is currently in dispute and looks like Match was charging me for recurring payments and I didn't sign up for that. So I am really ticked off about this site. And per some other reviews on here, I am afraid they could reuse my closed profile which I have also witnessed them doing on Zoosk. I hope not. Don't waste your money!

I ordered a shirt that appeared on Facebook. It was really cute, white and appeared to be chiffon. When I received the shirt, it had to be 2 sizes too small and the quality was not what I expected. I returned it to the address given on the return label and enclosed the order information. The shirt was returned 2 months ago. I have contacted Open Sky and they have no record of the return. I have emailed them numerous times. They said they were going to "contact the seller". I'm like "I thought they were the seller". This is strange. Well I am out of $30.00. And my last purchase from Open Sky. I should have researched them before I purchased anything from them. It seems like they have many complaints. Update... I was refunded money, but this was months later.

I have used Expedia for booking hotels and it works well since they will give you an overview of all of the hotels and prices in the area. However, if you have a hotel card (for instance Choice Rewards), they will not give you points on an Expedia purchase.

I like HSN, because I like more trendy merchandise. However, I have had awful customer service with them. For some reason, my payments on my flex-pay was not going through. They were saying that my payments were returned. I had problems for 2 months with payments. I had to call them at least 5 times and nobody was able to tell me why this was happening. I was told to go to Comenity Bank, which I was already there on the HSN site. I was just given the run around and nobody seemed to want to spend anytime trying to help me figure out what the problem was. By accident, I found out that my bank information was incorrect. This was a pain to get this straightened out. I do not plan to do a lot of further business with them.

This place has name brand merchandise at marked down, reasonable prices. I have bought numerous clothes and shoes from Marshalls. If you go to the store, you just have to go when they get the shipments in and have to look through racks of clothes to find what you want.
