Buyer beware: You place an order and all goes silent. There is no way to get status updates on your order. You talk to them via their chat link and they just tell you its processing. Then they tell you to see their COVID notice on the homepage. While every other company has ramped up to get orders processed this company is still saying they are behind. Lesson learned: use fedex.com or your corner print shop. They'll be possibly a bit more expensive but at least you'll have your order within 24-48 hours. I'm still waiting for gotprint.com to deliver mine and it's been 12 days already.

Tip for consumers:
Check other print companies. Make sure they offer a way to get ongoing status updates about your order. Make sure they are able to deliver your order in a reasonable amount of time. If you have a relatively simple print order there is no excuse -- even during COVID -- for it to take over a week to get something printed. Just ask fedex.com or Copy Central.
