Don't do business with Colonial Life and Unum Provident Life insurance. They claim this is disability insurance but it actually is a scam. When it comes time to file a claim- they will not pay. They are in cahoots with Key Bank of America as well. Key bank even promotes them. Buyer be ware. They will not be forth coming with the service you thought you bought.
LOOK AT THE WEB PAGES. There are many people complaining about them.
