Sy to use site, that's not always a given with all companies. Wearing hat as I type. :)

Everything great except on check-out page, spaces the need to be filled in, all white on white, are very difficult to be sure you got them all.

Is this site the project of a high school programming class? There is so much wrong with it I don't know where to start. It never comes back to how you set it, time is always off unless you go in and tell it what time it is, missing half the local channels.

All I want is to be able to select the channels I want to see, and see them at the right time, and retain some basic preferences - like "starred" (which it won't go back to after refreshing the page - and it dumps your starred list regularly anyway).

It used to be considerably better - the only reason I use it is because TV guide has even less of my local channels listed. You almost have to work at making a web site this bad.
