Save your money. My order is taking a month for yarn in stock, from the US, to the US and they say they don't give you tracking numbers. They send constant solicitations, maybe two or three a day or more, When you dare email them to find out where your order is they don't respond until about 6 emails later. Than they make something up, tell you it is going to a different address and then tell you to call them long distance and you have to pay for the call. It is there job to find out where my order is. That is not my job. I do almost all my shopping on line but this company is by far the worst of 2017. Trust me... everybody else is better
Dear Cris, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and thank you for your comments. I am extremely sorry for all the issues with this order. All orders from the US to the US are tracked and take 7-10 business days to arrive, but since there has been a mix-up with the address issues arose. I can see that my colleague has processed a full refund for the order on the 18th of January. I apologize once again for all the troubles with this delivery.
