I signed up for a 6-month subscription for my 9-year-old niece. This was supposed to be her birthday gift and she looks forward to the box arriving each month. This is supposed to be the 3rd box however it has not arrived. I've tried several times to contact you but you do not have a customer service phone number, email, or live chat option. Working in the CS industry for many years I find this hard to believe. Please contact me immediately to rectify the issue. After reading the reviews I am starting to wonder if this is a fraud?!?
