I called myperfectresume this morning 7/28/18. I called because of a charge to my account for a full membership when I only agreed on a one time charge to print and edit my current resume. I informed Robert of this and he was able to refund the funds to my account. As I informed him of being rehired and had no need for the service. He represented his company and gave me a variety of options in keeping their service. Very pleased with my new monthly fee and options of use with MYPERFECTRESUME
