“Refusal to accept return request”

I bought a round rug from nurayhome and when it came, it smelled awful like chemicals. I had to put it in my garage to offgas. The quality was also terrible, it was like a foam rug, with lots of wrinkles and it wouldn't even lay flat. I emailed the company to get a refund and they repeatedly refused to let me return the item. This is a terrible business, do not purchase anything from them.
