Seems like a company with integrity, and I had a good experience with them, however, it was a bit of an experiment, and 13 bucks for one pair of undies seems a bit high for me. Thus, 3 stars, averaging service/product and price. Ymmv

Ever have a company tell you that shipping and handling will cost MORE than the cost of an item? Well, ok if the item costs 3 bucks. But how about if it's 20 bucks? CO charges 6 bucks for the first item, and then 2 bucks for EACH and every item after that. Their prices at first glance are good, but when you see shipping costs, at the VERY end, they're insane. Oh, they also send about eleventy billion emails a day if you put things in your cart, and don't finalize. I unsubscribed, they still emailed. I emailed support about how their shipping charges were bull$#*!, no response... except another email asking why I wasn't buying yet.
