You are lucky if you get your product on time and your item work. I have ordered Vernee Mars phone in Nov and in Feb phone started getting hot and line developed on screen, started contacting them and finally they responded and asked to return phone. Which i had done, for next 5 months they kept phone with them without even checking what is wrong and finally when you pursue hard they advice that phone is irreparable and as warranty for repair and replacement has been lost so they will give $ 80 credit for brand new phone, so please dont order if you are expecting any after sales service on your brand new phones which get damaged within 3 months of use and sending defective peices across world. They have no intention to repair the product but to keep the product with them. I will never buy or ask any one to buy from them.

I have bought 2 Vernee Mars from Everbuying thinking they have very good configuration and price and supporting new growing company. Both phones were almost dead within 3 months of use, they overheat and screen develope lines which you cannot use. As policy you have to contact your retailer to fix the phone and everbuying have no intention to repair and fix the phone and finally asking me to give store credit of 40% of value of phone paid after wiaitng for more then 6 months for repair.

So please buy a local phone where you can get service either repair or replace if the item is faulty rather then customer has to pay for it.

Very costly lesson learned
