I submitted a Media Article that needed to be translated from English to german.
The Article was about myself, my achievements and was only over 400 Words long, it complied with the AGB's, but still got rejected by them, with the justification it does not comply with their AGB's. Does not make sense at all I know!

After that I contacted Support, they then told me that the platform is not ideal for what I need and try to sell me another Platform, most likely to rip me off. Because even the Customer Service agreed with me it had nothing to do with the AGB's but more with it, that the quality of translation would be better done over the English Platform, not the German one, which does not make sense to me.

As a result, I lost my trust in them and would never ever recommend their services!

I will ask for my money back and then close my account with them.

First of all, I did not have a good experience over all with their system.
Second, their subscription for the app renews automatically without giving you a reminder or checking in if you still want to use it or not.

Instead they just charge your the $66 and then when you cancel on the day and ask for a refund, they refuse it, justifying it with their unfair conditions.

And third, their products that they sell, to help along with your Keto Diet, like their Keto Bars, taste awful.

Would not recommend it to anyone, I will now never ever again use them and escalated the case on paypal, to get my $66 back.

After I got paypal involved and wrote a complain letter to the Support, all over sudden I got the full refund, not just 50% as they first told me.

This is what should of happend in the first place, when a customer contacts support within the first 7 days, when an automated payment goes through and things have changed for them. Then a full refund should be given without arguing about it and trying to force unfair payment conditions on the customer.

Since they made after the complain letter an effort to rectify their mistake, I have adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars. However for me, I am done with this Company.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy it.

Products used:
Keto Diet Plan, App and bought Keto Bars, which were awful, did not use the app much and the Keto Plan was not of help.

In short this Company is an absolute nightmare to deal with because of its admin processes and regulations in place.

For 1 Email Address change request, i had to provide them with:
1. Full Name the Account is under
2. Company Name
3. My Company Registration Number
4. My current email
5. My Country Id card

And after i provided everything they asked for more and here is comes:

6. My Account Id Number
7. Once more company name and to what email.to change ir to.

And it goes on.

But not enough of that.

To top it all off i had to once more be on the Phone to them to verify everything again, wasting another 5 minites of my time.

I hate this company and would not recommend it to anyone!
