Ordered a onesie as a gift from my friend's newborn baby - 20 days after the expected dispatch date I noticed it hadn't shipped. So I left a negative review, saying I couldn't speak to the quality but that the order hadn't shipped yet. The owner responded back promptly saying that they'll "look into the issue" only after I removed my negative review.
I essentially told them to kick rocks barefoot, and fulfill the order. I then opened a case with etsy, and they tried sayign that they didn't ship the item because I left a profanity-laced review. Well, the profanity was included in an update after I received the response... I said "F*ck that noise" in the review.
So Etsy told them they would need to ship it asap. They said they'd ship it tomorrow or the next day. A week has since passed, and I've now received a refund because they didn't ship it out. A month after ordering the product, I'm now scrambling to find a new gift.
The absolute worst.
